Dear Friends,
We are pleased to share that things are proceeding well with our priest search. We accepted applications through the beginning of August. We have had initial interviews and spoken to references for several promising applicants. We will be moving forward with the process and further interviews. Confidentiality is still imperative at this point. The final step will be a recommendation from the Search Committee to the Vestry on who we would like to call, but that will still take some time. Please keep us in your prayers as the committee and our candidates try to discern God's plan for St. Michael's next Rector.
Heavenly Father, we pray for the guidance of your Holy Spirit as we seek a new priest for our church. Continue to guide our search and grant us wisdom to discern Your will. We pray for unity, spiritual strength, wisdom, and patience as we go forward. May Your grace shine upon our discernment journey, leading us to the individual You have prepared for this sacred calling. Amen
Blessings,
The Discernment Committee

St. Michael's Episcopal Church-Noblesville will be an active parish family which serves God, our community, and the world by being disciples of Christ.
By being disciples of Christ, we invite others to be disciples of Christ through daily prayer, weekly worship, regular Bible study, having a spiritual friend, and giving to the church and outside the church.
