Our Ministry

Our goal is to promote meaningful stewardship for each parishioner in terms of their time, talent, and treasure.

Our Projects

• Annual Pledge Campaign
  Each fall, parishioners are asked for their annual financial support. This process is facilitated by letters, previous pledge statistics, pledge cards, an annual message instead of the sermon, and follow-up contact with parishioners. Pledges are tallied for budget planning.

• Annual Operating Budget
  Each December, a select group develops the annual operating budget for the upcoming year. This budget is presented to the vestry for approval and is then presented to the congregation at the Annual Meeting in January.

• Counters/Data Entry
  Each week, counters complete data entry of collection plate contributions.

• Fundraiser Coordination
  Stewardship clears fundraisers by other ministries to avoid scheduling conflicts.

• Capital Campaign Liaison
  During Capital Campaigns, Stewardship gathers committee updates and reports progress to the vestry.
